Taking the complexity out of going wireless, Samson Concert 88x microphone system combines professional-grade audio clarity, reliable operation in the UHF band with extremely easy setup. The Concert 88x Headset system is an excellent choice for singers, worship leaders, educators, fitness instructors and presenters making the leap to the freedom of wireless.
Simplicity and performance are at the core of the Concert 88x wireless systems. One-touch scanning analyzes all available channels, selecting the clearest channel for your performance space. An infrared signal then locks the transmitter and receiver together on the selected channel. With 100 frequencies and a wide 25 MHz bandwidth, there are plenty of available channels for your event/application.
The True-diversity design minimizes dropouts to provide loud and clear wireless reception for up to a 300? performance range. Tone-key and auto-mute circuitry ensure that only the audio signal from the CB88 beltpack transmitter reaches the receiver, automatically muting the system when the transmitter is out of range to prevent unwanted noise from entering the signal path.
The rear panel provides both balanced (XLR) and unbalanced (1/4") connections to an amplifier, sound system, or recording desk. The half-rack format and included rackmount kit allow the single or multiple CR88x receivers to be installed in a portable audio rack or in a permanent venue.
The CB88 beltpack transmitter has a silent mute switch, which prevents popping noise when muting or unmuting the system and adjustable gain control for optimal performance. The CB88 fits securely on the performer's belt, waistband, or even in a pocket, while delivering up to eight hours of continuous operation from a pair of AA batteries.
The Samson HS5 is a unidirectional microphone that provides a focused pickup pattern and includes an adjustable and form-fitting headband that keeps the mic securely in position, perfect for the active instructor or performer.

- Once your order has been shipped please allow 5-7 days for delivery.
- If you intend to collect in store, kindly confirm before ordering since we cannot guarantee stock availability local to you.
- Delivery is free in South Africa for all orders over R995 and any orders below R995 will incur a flat rate of R95.

In some cases larger items such as guitars and acoustic drums may be delivered in non-original brown packaging.
In the unlikely event we need to ship in non-original packaging we will inform you.
Refund Policy
Please see the section on ‘Returns’ in our Cancellations & Returns policy to initiate the process. Should you choose not to exchange goods or accept store credit, you are welcome to request a refund via our returns form. We do however ask that you allow enough time for us to arrange collection* and inspect condition of goods upon their return before we can issue a refund. Should a delay of any nature arise during the process of issuing your full or partial refund, we will immediately be in contact.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- If you paid via EFT, your refund will be issued the Thursday after your request was approved. We reimburse all refunds from FNB so keep in mind that dependent on your bank, it may take a day or two for the refund to reflect in your account. If you have not received your EFT refund within three working days of issue, please contact us immediately.
- If you paid with another method other than EFT, your refund will be actioned upon approval thereof. Please however note that refunds to methods other than EFT is handled via our payment processing partner Peach Payments, they process payments and refunds on our behalf and as such this process can take between 7-14 days and is beyond our control.
*Collection of returned goods only applies to purchases made online. If you bought goods from one of our six retail branches, we kindly request you contact the branch you dealt with directly in order to facilitate your return and refund.
